My 2001 S2000
So, I've had this car for two years and realized I have never really shown it off much. Or even talked about it. So this is my thread dedicated to it and it's development.
When I bought the car it had 52k miles on it, A few blemishes on the metal body work and a cracked bumper front and rear with a bent drivers side rear toe control arm. The dude also just got a DUI and was in major debt, so I picked the car up for only 8800. bone stock.
Since then I have replaced the bumpers. now it is shiny, I also have 3 sets of wheels, one set of BBS wheels off a 99 RX7 RZ1 edition (only 200ish ever made in japan) and then some cheap look like BBS wheels with all seasons, and my OEM wheels with snow tires.
I also now have a test pipe on there with a 3 inch exhaust made by a company here in IL that does time attack with an S2k called gt motoring. Add in a K&N FIPK and that's about it for engine stuff.
Also just got a mugen style hardtop in the past few weeks. For brakes I have stoptech pads and SS lines. Eibach springs for now, dont have the money for the KW V3 coilovers I want. after that I'm ready for track with some high temp brake fluid added.
once I get the money (whether that be I get hired for an ATC position or sell my CBR1000rr) this car will be turbo. shooting for around 600whp. My buddy on E85 and 24lbs of boost on a completely unopened block is doing 620whp on his turbo S2000. All he has is a in tank and booster pump, ID2000cc injectors a full race turbo setup and Kpro for tuning.

it makes a hell of a noise... just wish the gopro didnt pick up so much ambient noise and registered lows better...

Lol I got those 18" wheels cause they had brand new tires on them n the whole setup cost me 400 bucks. So I couldn't refuse.
