Hello and hi everyone, well since i always post and jack sooooooo many threads (i wish) I figured i would start a pointless one of my own. I guess I'm just curious as to what's the purpose/point of everyone coming to Zdriver. For me besides the wonderful goofy people I get to chat with all the time and some of the little tidbits of Z FYI I pick up, my ultimate goal for being here is finding a Z lover friend i can actually meet in person to talk Z's with and enjoy the car, which as a lot of you have heard me bitch and complain i do not have any of, anyhoo, that's me and this is my pointless thread. I'm curious to see where it goes. ~Rose~

 

I know when I first came here as many "noobs" do I just wanted info on how to fix something on my zx, as it turns out that is not my main reason for being here anymore. There are actually personalities on here that I look forward to interacting with, the zx is just a bonus and sure maybe I can help someone or maybe they can help me if I have a problem with it...but it is the interaction that I am here for. Hey Rose, you are in my friends list on myspace...you know you can hit me up on there if you like.

 

hmm, my reason is probably just to screw with people...lol. No its to meet helpful and friendly people. And also to fix my car, that seems to be getting more and more problems as i go....I'd love to meet a little hotty that drives and loves the zcar like i do, but its very doubtful, because 1. most chicks don't drive z's, and 2. most chicks aren't intrested in working on cars let along z's. But it could happen, look your driving a z, and is a cool little hotty....

 

yup yup, thxone, i know, it's just i don't really mess with myspace as much aside from checking messages, i like IM'S a lot better. well back to the thread.....hehe, i'm thread jacking my own thread ...........can anyone tell that i'm easily distracted? back to thread this time, for reals.

I come on here, to see what people are up to. But of course I have met a lot of cool people on here. And have learned a lot, and am still learning as I go. Lots of friendly helpful people on here. And yes some entertainment, which is good. And this is my second home basically.

So GypZ Rose, I thought you had somebody. Don't want to get personal, I just noticed, that you are looking for a Z lover friend. So it got me curious, anyway I would pick you up for MSA. But you are the other direction. LOL If I plan to go, maybe you could meet me halfway?

I like to stay up on my spelling and grammar. Hone my two finger typing skillz. Oh yeah, I do get a chuckle now and then from some of the characters here.

 

i came on originally to see what i could learn about and to sell one of my z31s--then i decided not to sell the one i had for sale cause it was too much fun to drive----then i started communicating with these characters, and now.........

I originaly was introduced to the site by Icice9 after organizing a Z meet in town without the knowledge of any other Z organizations localy. i had seen his Z on Cardomain and was shocked to find out the numero uno Z was going to be there and he was no more than 15 minutes from me!. He informed me of this place, which i now love and support. And for the most part the people here, mainly the s130 forum, are awesome. Welcoming, helpful, friendly and commited to the site. Score 1 for S130driver.com . . . i mean Zdriver.com

I originally found this site to get some help to questions on restoring and maintaining my '83 280ZX N/A, yes my non-turbo. But the more i am on here i meet people i would have never met and get to read some DRAMA from time to time.
619's spelling and THXONE's " AS THE WORLD BURNS" drama series really give me something to laugh about. Oh and now every time i see a post from Rod, I know it will say ...... DUDE somewhere in his post, even if that is all it says.
I have swapped parts with Wrecked, bought parts from THXONE and have some ordered from Bleach. And have gotten advice on my Z from many of you. If not for the internet, i would have never met any of you, and I probably would have given up on my Z by now.

 

On finding this site....... I came across it because the owners also had
510driver.com. They said they were taking 510driver.com down to change servers. IT NEVER CAME BACK. I guess my350Z.com took precedence. I'm still pissed.

My original screen name here was "Wheres510driver.com" Shortly afterwards, I bought a Z, and here I been.

Aussies do the best barbies...although I do cook a Boerewors (South African sausage) on there as well.
