Are you serious? really?
Awesome gift, sounds like you love him if you are planning this four years out.
My suggested solution?.....I love You honey, happy 21st anniversary!
Sreiously, four years of sitting even if you do start it occassionally is going to be subject to heat and cold and heat and cold, condensation, rusting, moving parts seizing.
It must be driven dammit.

OK, I've got this one figured out!!! I can't wait 4 years to sit on this 1975 Z. My husband's 50th birthday is in March, 2006 but we're having a combined party in July, 2006. So hopefully he won't get me so mad in the next 8 months that I tell him. I've got the car stored in a stationary semi-truck bed. A friend of mine isletting me use the space and will be starting it and running it for at least 10 minutes at least once a month. I couldn't resist purchasing it for him. He threaten to buy it for me, but I beat him to the punch. It's got less than 61,000 miles on it and has never been out in bad weather. Anything that was ever done to it...oil changes, tires, etc. has reciepts in a folder.
