I actually have (or had) a picture of that truck when it was still together fully.
Its a full size truck (obviously) that was lowered and painted for shows.

 

I actually looked up the term as well, because I have herd Eddie Guerrero (R.I.P.) use the term on TV. It is not a bad word at all, though assuming a vehicle is owned by a person of Hispanic decent because of the way it looks is pretty messed up.

I use vato all the time when talking with spanish people, its a slang term for dude, homie, etc. It also stands for ganster, but either way its very informal and should be used with close friends. lol

and 619 said he was gone for a while back in the day due to him getting arrested because his wife reported domestic violence, they don't arrest anyone unless there's physical signs of abuse. thats where this came from.
