Exactly what year is the car you're parting out ? If you have parts from multiple years do you by chance have a headlight/turn signal/wiper assembly from a 1980 ?

 

Sounds like he's got parts from various cars... most of which aren't year specific (you SHOULD be asking if they are for a 2seater or 2+2).

 

Hey thanks for the tip but I asked that for a reason. I know that lots of the parts through the years are interchangeable and I was sort of thinking that thats why they where referred to as 79-83 parts. The thing is, the part I'm most in need of turns out to be more year specific as apposed to 2 seater or 2+2 specific. I need the turn signal assembly for an 80 or maybe even a 79 but I've tried to use one from an 82 and an 83 and the harnesses are very different. I'd like to just plug it in instead of playing guess which wire does what.
