Talking Polished Valve Covers

Well im getting a bit of people asking me about this so im just gonna go ahead and make a thread about this. If anyone is interested in getting their car's valve cover machine polished let me know prices range from 40-60 depending on the kind of valve cover it is

Example:

a l28e valve cover form the 240z or Datsun family is easier to polish since there are no deep grooves in them. Unlike the SR20 valve cover that has spark plugs in the center theres a big groove in there so that part gets hand polished so theres extra work in involved

wont really be making a lot of money out of this. just thought id get some nice shininess without the extra weight of the CHROME under peeps hoods. I do accept PAYPAL, or CASH, and i CAN get these shipped.here are a few pics of the works

If you are shipping the valve cover to me i can provide an adress and the money would have to be payed upfront. so i can ship the valve cover BACK to its owner. PM ME IF YOU ARE SERIOUSly INTERESTED. im more than happy to answer any questions. Please do send me a pic or a referance pic so i can give you a quote. REALLY GOOD WORK.

HAHAHA you have the same problem i did! the polishing doesnt take between the letters on the datsun L valve cover and in the grooves for the bolts to hold it down near the bottom. doesnt that just make you fumed?

I tried twice to post either a link or a pic to bid on, but the censors got me both times.

Highly unimpressed.

Not sure where your losing me at. The subject of the thread is "polished valve covers", and you've been soliciting people to have you polish theirs all through it.
I attempted to post pics of mine, in an attempt to get a price from you, and was censored. So I tried direct links, and the software came up with some type of scoring system that had the same effect.
By that point I was, and still am, pretty unimpressed with that performance.

At this point it's more bother than it's worth to me.

lol thiiis guy. im not soliciting anybody fyi. i polished a few parts a while ago. a lot of my friends as well as people ive met on car shows liked the way my parts looked and had me do theirs. so i figured id see if anybody ONLINE liked my work and if they want to get some parts done great. if not its fine. . as far as you posting up pics and being unsuccessful i cant really help you with that. i would say that's your own problem buddy haha :P all you have to do is tell me what valve cover from what car and year it is and i can give you a price, i can tell you that haha. its not rocket science you know

but thanks for looking

Heheh, well that's quite the way to get aquainted, step up and be a CENSOR, right off the bat. Funny part is, I suspect if that's their way of cutting down traffic, it may work pretty good the way I see things.
I see they decided to put my pics up.

I've decided that they're going to stay black.

Heheh. If that's true then you should be able to tell me what year and car those are off of now that they've put the pics up.

Doesn't matter anymore, not gonna happen.
