Legitimate first hand info on fitment is hard to find so I wanna put this out there.
Using oem 350z tire specs the 350z Anniversary wheels with +30 offset up front and +33 in the rear will not clear the strut and the center caps wont fit, the tire will still turn but you will see that its rubbing against the strut. However you choose to do it is up to you but you WILL need to space the wheels. Given the wheel still turns the space is very minimal so keep that in mind. You will also need open ended lug nuts if you go with the hubcentric route I chose.
I absolutely reccomend hubcentric adapters over sketchy wheel spacers.
What I used:
Hubcentric wheel adapters that are 1 1/2" thick with 5x114.3 to 5x114.3 and a set of open ended lug nuts. Here are some pictures of the adapters and fitment on stock suspension.
