I was wondering if anyone knows of a good painter i could trust and one who isn't crazy high.
I own a house that i rent out near down-town greenville, The house is very old, i think the build date is around 1920. Anyway it has been painted over latex useing oil or vise versa and it is looking pretty rough. It needs to be sanded and painted over. It has 11 windows and a pretty high pitched roof. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
