Chevelle Problems

I went to move the Chevelle out of the garage today so I can have room to work on the Z and the damn thing will not start. It wont even make a noise when you turn the key. I cannot figure it out I checked the battery and the neutral safety switch and both were ok. Here's the other wierd thing, when I turn on the switch for the electric fans, the indicator light comes on, but the fans don't. Its gotta be something that not only would affect the ignition but the fans as well. I don't know what could have caused this since I drove it the other day with absolutely no problems. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the battery isn't putting out voltage, did you try jumping it?

Yeah I tried jumping it and charging it. The headlights and dome lights work. The thing is, it doesn't make any noise when you try and start it so the battery would have to be completely dead, which it isn't.
