Drop-in vs. Pop-charger

I am currently running a K&N drop-in with a Z-tube and would like to know if changing over to a Pop-charger system will give me "noticable" improvement for the inve$tment. Yes, the Christmas money is already burning a hole in my pocket....

I like my Popcharger. Butt dyno didn't feel that much of an improvement but it sounds a lot better and I haven't noticed anything I DON'T like about it.

Thanks for replies. It sounds like the 5/16 plenum spacer will be one of the first things I put cash in. I've got one more question......What is the deal with the electric cut-out in the exhaust system? I watched a video of it on youtube and that make the car sound evil with the flip of a switch. Does it cut down on exhaust back preasure / increase hp?

Its equivilent of running open headers.. makes it sound mean. But our cars need some sort of back pressure, so you'll most likely end up losing top end

get

http://www.intensepower.com/aamspaninpls.html

and

http://www.intensepower.com/inmorerapi35.html

both just about the best and cheapest mods with prooven gains

if you dont plan on doign exhaust anytime soon or hav ea single downpipe version might as well get this

http://www.intensepower.com/inmoststfry3.html

All relatively cheap

About the CAIs... the K&N and JWT are about the same, JWT looks nicer
make the engine sound nicer, but does nothing on a dyno and on the butt dyno
IMO best choice still is
http://www.intensepower.com/inspcoairin3.html
and you can make it a short ram intake if it rains too much =]

Thanks for the links Quick. The spacer will be first on the agenda followed by the race pipes. Back pressure should not be a factor (I think) but how much will the race pipes effect emmisions on an 04?
TY in advance....

True, true! I ran straight pipes on my Accord and kept the stock ones for testing. Very good point - Thanks!
