which exhaust would you choose for best quality/flow?

I think the H-Pipe would make much of a difference. I know that the HKS works great on Eagle1's built motor G35 with the JWT 700bb kit.
I have an X-Pipe on my 3" exhaust and the gains were insane. Just from switching from the Injen SES True Dual to the SVRTech 3" w/test pipe I gained 29rwhp and 72rwtq @ 14psi.
Also, are you 100% sure that the H-Pipe part of the HKS is open?

I guess you really can't believe all that you hear. The guy I was originally going to buy it from told me the H-pipe was open. Weird. Anywho, the 3" is on its way so I can't wait to see the results after a new tune. Probably going to have to take it easy before I get it tuned because I know I am going to have a lot more power without the tune....

Update:
SO last night Stan came over to help with the instal of the AAM. It took roughly 3 hours to remove the APS exhaust because the rubber hangers were a bitch to get off the muffler. Then we started to hang the new exhaust and had to make some modifications to a heat shield. Then we start hanging the mid pipes and what do you know - THE EXHAUST IS 8" TOO LONG! Apparently it came off a G so I am taking the mids to a shop to cut off the excess...should have it on by this afternoon!
p.s. the guy that sold it to me was really cool, he told me he verified with a shop that it would fit a Z and said for me to send him the bill....I told him no biggy and thank for being honest. Cool guy (Tengai - from my350z)

It was beyond stupid loud with just the downpipes. Being in the garage sure didn't help either.
Update: Shop still has mid-pipe. Robert will be picking it up tomorrow afternoon. His exhaust should be done tomorrow evening.

I guess 304 SS is pretty tough stuff because the guy just told me he went through 4 blades and an hour and a half just to cut those and reweld. He did a great job with the weld. I will be putting these on tonight, just hope I got my measurments correct
