Forza

Watching the American LeMans series on TV right now. I was wondering how many people have Forza and Xbox live. We need to have a race. All the guys from Wednesday nite's run what they own in real life.

I made the suggestion to the G35 guys a while back to have a PS2 GT4 get together but noone seemed interested. All you need is GT4 and the network adapter and you can hook 6 PS2s together and race againt each other in the comfort of your own home.

Good idea. Should the mods be comparable to what we have in real life or how we would like to mod our car with bottomless pockets?

Fine. I'll buy an X box. And I think that we should run actual mods. More fun that way.

Did it, done it, and we did it with custom built steering wheel mounts. It was a GT4/Forza Party. These pics are from Mark Zana's house (he's a Z31 driver). The boards that the wheels are mounted to even have holes in the bottom for the wheels to lock into so they don't slip off.

Btw my name on Xbox live is KrazyKarim. Sometimes my brother will be playing on it.

Major nerdliness going on with the custom two-by-four driving contraptions. That said, I want one.

Looks like Forza can do up to 8 players at a time if playing on a LAN (for those non computer geeks, that means we all hook up together in one house) We would not need to have X-Box Live to do this. If we can get enough peeps together to pull this off, I will happy to host the Forza party at my place. I have currently have 6 TVs...a 52", two 32", a 27", a 19", and a dinky 13". Of course we could make it BYOTV if you don't want to be stuck with the 13"

Plus I gotz all the madd LAN switchz and cablez needed to hook diz up, yo...

The original GT4 seat was done at Jimmy and yutas appartment. Jimmy had some sparco race seats sitting around so they fabed a little mount. One of the funniest things I've ever seen was walking in Jimmys place and seeing Yuta sitting in the race seat with his helmet on playing gt4.

btw how was the evo school?

hmmm....there's a program called XLink Kai (for all you cheap guys who don't have xbox live). I bought a subscription but later got banned due to having a modded xbox. XLink Kai should offer Forza and as long as you have the software for your computer, a router and an xbox with Forza you should be set. Let me know if you guys would rather do this, cuz then no one has to leave home if they don't wanna.

It's software that let's you play multiplayer games online with your xbox.
Used to use this to play Halo1 online in multiplayer.

Only if your friend's willing to do this: open your Xbox, take your harddrive out. Go out, buy an Xbox memory card. Get your friend's Xbox, open it, swap out the HDs, then save your info onto the memory card.
