Talking Headers install

Hey guys, Im a Vegas local with a 04 enthusiast looking to install a pair of DC Headers. Do you have any recommendations for a shop that will do a reasonable cost install? I already have Nismo exhaust and instake, looking for a few more HP.
Thanks.

I would like to know this as well because I just ordered a pair of Strup headers.

I don't know about the DCs, but the Strup headers do not require the motor to be tilted so I think I may attempt the install myself.

That's a real tough install. A pro will need at least 5 hours.

I will take a look at them when they come in and see if I really want to tackle the job.

I'll lend a hand, but I hear that it's pretty unpleasant.

I am going to get a quote from LDL Speedshop as well. I know that they did that Greddy TT system on an LS 350Z here in town.

Anyone have the instructions for Strups? I wonder if I should attempt an install, but I don't wanna get in over my head.

I have the instructions for the Strups, but I don't think they are the same for the DCs. I believe you have to tilt the motor to get the DCs in, but I am not sure. Anyways, I took a look at the instructions for the Strups and it looks REALLY tough. I don't know if I even have the right tools to do it.

10 hours to install headers when you don't even have to tilt the motor? Thats f***king rediculous.

I don't even think it would take me 10 hours. What do you charge for labor per hour? If its more than $35 its not worth it.

So if I took my car to get my headers installed at Desert Nissan it would cost me $850 in labor.

That's actually pretty common from what I've read. Header install usually costs more than the headers.

I have gotten average quotes of $450 from people on My350Z.com.
