I have the RT Cats. With my setup up they are pretty loud. I don't have anything recorded at the moment or otherwise I would link it. Out of the three I looked at (Crawford, Kinetix, RT), Random Tech. appeared to be the best quality. I do like the performance of them as well. However I didn't do the install.

I found a sound clip on 350zmotoring, it was noticeabley louder..

did you notice a big difference after cats were intalled or did you have the headers installed at the same time?

I've heard some bad things about RT hi-flows. It tends to fail over time, and cause an exhaust leak possibly at the flanges. Most of the RT owners have switched to Crawford or some other popular brands. Here is a list of hi-flow cats.

Lol! I agree; that is if you don't mind the possibility of an exhaust rasp or less backpressure.

i think i'm gonna go with the ultimate racing cats , they are a little bit cheaper and not to loud (supposably) i just don't want that "raspy" sound, or annoying highway drone

have heard of some RT cats failing over time but then again some owners have gone 20,000 miles without a single problem. If I come across any issue wit my cats I would get rid of them immediately. By the way I had my headers installed before the cats and yes I did notice a difference after the cats were installed.

I have the Crawfords. They are slightly louder than stock, no difference in tone though. I noticed a bit of a power difference.

I had the Kinetix cats and loved them as well. They did have a little bit of rasp on them though. I can't really comment on the noticeable power and sound difference though because I installed them at the same time as my exhaust. Those cats are now on SmittyZ33's car and we installed them in my garage in about 2 hours. We can do it again for yours.

i ordered some of these. I should have them soon after we get to vegas. i had helix test pipes and the rasp was crazy so i took them off a few days later. These labree resonated test pipes get really good reviews on my350z and the quality is excellent.

oh, I have fujitsubo exhaust and pro-1 y-pipe also. It sounds almsot exactly like stock right now, just barely louder and the same tone... i wanted it louder than it is now (but not raspy), so i ordered these. I will let you know how they sound once they are installed.... which i might need some help with if you guys dont mind.
