I got some new wheels

Hold on. Don't get to excited. They are track wheels for my Porsche. Canonica, 3 piece wheels, 16 x 8's and 9's. 18 pounds each. Now I have to decide what tires to get. Probably Hoosiers. Maybe Avons or ???.

That is a gorgeous 914. I seen them on the track every now and then, when i lived in Phoenix (NASA events). Yours has to be one of the best looking ones i have ever seen.

Oh yeah, John's 914 is definitely a beautiful car. From what I heard, he's a great driver too; the car and John compliment each other just fine.

Are these the ones you're putting on?

They are a bit heavy for 16", albeit sturdy.

Oooo really good looking wheels!

There doesn't seem to be too much space for the brake heat to escape. I could be wrong.
