That's sounds like fun, but I can't afford to make a 16 hour drive round trip, especially with our 8 hour radius policy.

where are you coming from? Vegas to Phoenix is more like 9-10 hours round trip and I've actually done it in 7 and 7 1/2 respectively, all time bests, round trip in my Explorer! (I have season's tickets to the AZ Cardinals so I'm there a lot). Its 290 miles.

I'm in Vegas too, but it's about 8 hours one way, so 16 hours roundtrip.

I am not a member of 300zx.com and I am sure that many others on here are not either. Care to explain what the link is to? I am guessing thats its a drive to Phoenix and back?

As always snacks and drinks are provided for club members by the DZA. So wash up your Z and bring it out to the McDonald's at the Scottsdale Pavilions, Loop 101 & Indian Bend Road anytime after 3:00 pm.

Thanks Cris. This would be fun. The guys from DZA are nice guys too. I just don't know if I want to drive my Z all that way with no radio or interior.

I was thinking perhaps sometime when it gets warmer...May or June. By that time I'm sure you'll have a radio.

Nope there will be no radio in my car. I took out the whole interior and turned it into a track car. By May or June it may not even have side windows...

Well I still have the AC in there for the occasional drive to the track or around town for a meet. Its the no radio that would kill me.

Yeah...I had a '90 crown vic...former cop car and I had to do that for a month or two until I had the cash to put a stereo in it (I was 16 at the time).

Cool...now you have no excuse NOT to come whenever we plan this.

I spoke w/ Gregg, the VP of Desert Z and said its really a fun time and if we'd like to make a weekend out of it to let him know and he'll set something up.
