Mitsubishi promise that, it'll handle better, more powerful and lighter.
I belive it will be a VERY good choice than other because:
1) 4 doors.
2) Handle best.
3) Light.
4) Got boost.
5) Hi-tech AWD.
6) Mid rang price most people can buy.
7) It'll go any weather even snow.
8) The most importance, you can put alot of boost.......

How???........ easy the answer is HEAT.
Aluminum block is better than Iron block if it has enough foundation and a good design coolant and oil passage. But Iron block soak the heat.
Iron block with Aluminum head will work heard on headgasket but Alumimun block with Aluminum head will work much easiler on headgasket. That's mean you can put more boost and you won't blow headgasket.
In 2003-2004 Mustang cobra use Iron block is good for 600-800rwhp. but Teksid Aluminum block is good for 1,500rwhp! and WAP Aluminum block with Darton Sleeves is good for 1,800rwhp!!! tested.
Iron block 99'-02' Mustang GT, Ford used in 03'-04' Cobra. It dosen't matter what they use for......as long as they save money and we will save money too.

Yes, it's nice. I was thinking about buy a new Z06 too but i can't because i have kids and my wife can't drive manual tanny. If i get the new X my wife won't get mad because we can drive AMT tanny, cheaper,go on snow and the most importance after market parts much cheaper than Z06.

20 inch rims is a bit outta hand though at least admit that.... the thing is supposed to be a rally car... and i just dont see that rallying... thank god they are offereing a full manual version otherwise i woulda had an anurism... i will admit its a neat car... but they are loosing the spirit.. i no longer hate it its gonna be faster stock.. but its gonna be less tunner friendly i already discussed it with all my dsm friends.... lol. so final decision is dont hate it.. appreciate it for what it is... but i still think its loosing the spirit and potential from all prior models
