Nismo Exhaust
Guys. Was planning on going to get a Nismo exhaust on Saturday($950). Still planning on it unless someone says otherwise..
Staying NA for a LONG time.
Also, if you need smaller parts from West Covina let me know.

Hmmm. I feel that there are way better exhausts on the market than the nismo. I feel that almost all nismo parts are overpriced and offer little gains. I would look into maybe the HKS for a little more, or another option possibly a true dual.

A quick fix to get rid of CELs due to test pipes is cheap and easy. There is a write-up on it on My350Z.com. I just did it for Kelli's 2006 Z and it worked like a charm. Basically you buy two pairs of 18mm spark plug non-foulers from your local auto parts store. Take one pair and drill the opening of the threaded end out to 1/2". Then you screw the drilled non-fouler into the 02 sensor spot on the test pipe. Screw the non-drilled non-fouler into the drilled non-fouler. And last but not least, screw the 02 sensor into the non-drilled non-fouler. Super super easy. All you need is a bench vise, or something else to hold onto the non-fouler while drilling, a 1/2" drill bit for cutting metal, and a 22mm (I think thats the right size) wrench. You may need a mallet to bang on the wrench to get the 02 sensors to break loose, but once you get them loose, it will take longer to get the car off the jack stands than it will to install the non-foulers.

+1 the fix for the CELS is easy as hell.. the only real challenge is to find a 1/2" drill lol

They will in Nevada unless you get a visual inspection. Here, they just plug a little machine into your OBDII port and pretty much as long as you don't have a CEL, you will pass. The last time I got smogged the guy was telling me it just checks your electrical system, not even actual emissions.
