We will meet in the parking lot of the Best Buy on I-215 and Charleston Blvd. @ 2:00pm. We will roll out of there around 2:15 - 2:30ish. I will be borrowing my dad's really good camera so hopefully we can get some good shots.

Is it to late for a change of venue?

Last night at work I met some guys who are in town for a Ferrari Club Race. They are running at the small inside road course at the speedway. The track is inside the big oval. I would love to go out and see all the cars I will never own. We could still meet at the same time / place, or maybe some place closer to the track. I am sure we could find some good spots at the Speedway for some photos, plus we could check out the cars and see some action. We can always do Red Rock another time.

Guilt trips, ya know...

 

You guys missed out. So check it out, as we were leaving I noticed that the gate to the winner's circle at the big speedway was open. So we pulled our cars in there one by one and took some photos. Me, Sam, and Aarif got photos before we got kicked out. John wasn't so lucky. We got a bunch of other good shots none the less. I will post them tomorrow.

 

Knowing my luck they would've kicked us out as I was getting my camera ready. Oh well, hope your pics turned out nice.

I guess that if I want a picture on my car in the winners circle,
I am going to have to do it the old fashioned way and earn it.

 

When I split off from Mike, Aarif and Sam, I went across the street to look for a friend and check out the cars that were running with the BMW's at the outside road course. There was one 350Z on the track with the Drivers Ed group.

 

I tried unsuccessfully to find you guys over in the industrial area so we could take some more group photos. Here are the results of my labor before I had to go to work.

 

Later, I also took some night shots, but none of them turned out very well.

Now let's see what you got.

 

Those are some good shots John! We didn't stay in the industrial area too long. When I took the camera I used from my parent's house I forgot to grab the cord that hooks it up to my computer. I will swing by there after work tonight and grab it so I can put the pics up.
