Got my pass in the mail today.

 

I'm taking tomorrow (Wed.) off to go and check it out, who else is going?

Doors open at 7:30a but I was thinking about 9:00a. Parking is going to be a hassle as usual though. Maybe it's better to get there early. Whatcha think?

We also could ride in with Ray, he has the magic parking pass. I don't know what his schedule is though.

 

There is that monarail thing that goes to the convention center but I don't know where it starts. Do you?

 

It runs from the Sahara all the way down to the MGM. Not a bad idea, but it'll probably be pretty crowded. There are stations at:

Sahara Station
Las Vegas Hilton Station
Las Vegas Convention Center Station
Harrah's / Imperial Palace Station
Flamingo / Caesars Palace Station
Bally's & Paris Las Vegas Station
MGM Grand Station

 

I say we meet at the top floor of the Sahara parking garage at 9:00am and then hop on the tram over to the convention center. What do you say?

Can one of you let me borrow your pass on Thursday? I just need to go by the APS booth and get my smoking issue resolved. I could bring it back to you in a few hours, no sweat.

^^^Actually I ended up using Rick's second pass and not picking up mine from Registration because of the huge line. Rick is taking his girlfriend tomorrow so she is taking the pass that I used today. Sorry man.

Well good news!!! Yet again this year I get screwed out of going to SEMA!!! My friend, Paul and I were supposed to go because his father is in the business and is attending both shows. Now Paul has to work all weekend and his father may end up going only half of the day on friday. This really f***ing sucks cuz I didn't get to go last year and I most likely will not be living here in Vegas this time next year! What rotten f***ing luck!

 

^^^Don't worry it wasn't that good this year. There weren't that many 350Z and the ones that were there were nothing new. The coolest new things I found for the Z are some new upper control arms and camber arms coming from Tanabe. Injen is also coming out with a sweet *** exhaust system that has burnt TI tips, and H pipe, and yealds more power than their previous kit. JIC is also coming out with a new exhaust that is a titanium dual exit single exhaust. Its 16lbs., $2000, and reportedly its pretty quiet. I predict that not many people are going to buy that one. There is also a new center exit exhaust coming out from some company that I have never heard of, but its ugly and it was on this hideous 350Z...
