Somewhat of a Legal Question.
I need some advice and help on a situation. I recently bought a g35 coupe. I financed it through a credit union/bank. Well I was checking my mail the other day and I recieved the TITLE to my G35. Has this happened to anyone? I dont want to make it seem like I want to scam my bank, but am I able to get out of the auto loan because now I hold the title to the car? Any input would be great. Thanks for looking.

Normally you dont even see the title to the vehicle until it is totally payed off. Could be a mistake, but I dont think that there is any way to really scam your bank. If you tryed to say you payed it off, courts would just ask for all payment reciepts proving it.

Yeah it happened to me a few years ago when I bought my supercoupe. Dont worry the bank will come looking for you once they realize the mistake. The dealership mailed the title to me instead of the credit union and besides you signed enough paperwork that you could never get away with it.

I am a banker this is true, but my everyday operations do not deal with handling car loans. Sure I do car loans here and there but my job is to do investments, loans, and other banking duties. I dont really handle the legal part of the loans.

But the one thing I do know, is Investments. I know just about everything about stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. I have my series 7, 66, and 6 so if you wanna invest some money I can be your stock broker. Let me know.
