Warehouse space?

Warehouse space?
Good evening real estate gurus. It's weird the way things happen sometimes. I just got a call from my photography guru who just came back from New York. He's looking to put together a studio out here and I'm looking to get back into photography in a big way. Coincidence? Maybe.
Anyways we're looking for a business space to lease. Cheaper is definitely better right now. Ideally it would be about 2000-3000 square feet and we'd need to be able to drive a car into it. Industrial complexes would work fine for now.
So what's it gonna cost me?
Edit: Oh forgot location. South or central would be preferable. North or northwest would be kind of a pain to get to as he lives in Henderson and I'm on the east side. But if the price is right we'll consider anything.

Warehouse space that small with a roll up door is really hard to find. Call me on Monday and remind me and I will search for some space for you. If we do find something, you can expect to pay $0.75 - $1.00 per sq.ft. and be prepared to sign at least a 3 year lease.
