Wheel repair shop in Vegas?

Anyone know if there is a wheel repair shop here in Vegas that can look at one of my wheels? I think my front-right volk is bent (looks that way).

Damn, man! You're having all sorts of problems with your new shoes, eh?

Give 'em a call. I don't know how it is, but this seems to be the only place I've found.

What wrong with yours Speedster? Yeah I'm thinkin of going over there this next week when I can put up the cash. Wheeloptions wants me to drive 4 hours down to their shop to look at it but the guy already has it in his head that it's my fault. He said there's no way it could be the tire/wheel and if it is it's my fault. My right-front has been like this since i've put it on and considering the wheel i don't know how in the hell I woulda bent it (it only goes from my house to the base; 4.5 miles). Found out though, that the wheel is two-pieced forged but has a cast center......don't know how well that would hold up. Anyway I've done all I can and may just go down to Alloy and see if they can tell what's wrong with it. Thanks Ensmuns.

Talked to Rod over at Alloy Wheel Repair. Seemed really cool. He told me to go ahead and go down to the shop and ask for Tony (he's the shop forman). He said they don't charge anything to check the wheel for damage and such. To fix the wheel it's $95.00 and said that usually no matter what it is they can fix it. I'm thinkin of going down today (if I can get ahold of the damn wife ) or I might go down tomorrow. Speedster if you want we can meet up somewhere and go down there at the same time if you want. They are on Cameron between Flamingo and Tropicana. Just let me know what you want to do or if you're going to wait.

Awesome, as long as you're getting it taken care of by a specialist instead of getting the run around.

Alright it will most likely be sometime in the morning around 11:00 or so. I have to run out to the base and pick up one of my friends and then we will be heading over there.

Ok I'll be there just after 11. I live on the south end of town way away from the base, so I'll meet you guys there.

Couldnt find the place. Drove up and down Cameron about 4 times and then went over to the Sirius address. That place looked old and closed up. There is a Nudie bar next to it though I called 411 but they didn't have a listing. I'm going to call the number Ensmuns has listed. Should have done that first.

Call that number and they answered as The Wheel guys. I guess that they are closed on Saturday because all I got was a recording.

Sorry I got all the way out there on Rancho and Sirius and found the same thing. Called up Rod and he said they have moved and they have been at the new place for about 3 months. I'm going tomorrow in the morning to get the wheel looked at. He said they are now between Flamingo and Tropicana on Cameron. Can't remember the exact address but I'll go check it out first that way if something good/bad happens I can let you guys know first. No need in more than one of us getting screwed over .

Well I went down there and found the place at around 9:30 this morning. I went south on Flamingo and turned on Cameron (it's a side street with no light right before the Palms) and they were right up the street on the left. On the door it says 360 Auto. They were really great and very helpful when it came time to look at the wheel. They can pretty much repair any wheel and they also do painting, polishing, etc. They told me that, soon, they would also be doing powerder coating as well. Okay back to the story...He put it up on his balancing machine and showed me what was REALLY wrong with it. Good news is it's not the wheel. Again, with the luck that I have, it's the tire. We checked out the wheel at it was nice and straight in rotation but you could see the ridge in the tire itself. Luckily he didn't charge me anything since they couldn't fix it (they do this for everyone). So again I'm going back to Discount to find out what the hell is going on .
On a better note was that there is a dent removal guy that works in the same shop. $150 bucks later got all 6 of my dents removed and you can't even tell there were any. On a scale of 1-10 for customer service and work I rate both of these guys a 9. They seemed really down to earth and have a very nice place where they work. I think you guys will be fine if you have to take your Zs (or any other car) down there. Here are their business cards.

Awesome that you found a good place. I had the opposite problem with my old ADR wheels. Everybody, including me, thought that I had a warped tire like you do, but when we saw it rolling in motion on the dyno, we realized that the wheel itself was out of round. I would have much rather it been a tire, so consider yourself lucky lol.

Yeah I am lucky. Anyway it's not something that's going to get fixed unless I upsize the fronts to 245s or 255s. The 235 tires are just stretched at their limit right now. Just got back from Fabulous Freddy's on Charleston and Ft Apache. Had my baby hand-washed and with the dents gone now she looks like brand-new!!!
