anyone willing to trade an auto tranny from an 81 280zx for 2 5speed trannys?? i have them and cant use them.

 

if they are the t-5 borg warner trannys i will trade you a 1981 280zx turbo auto tranny with torque converter. and drive shaft. 2 seater thou.

I THINK... not sure if i got the hard line for teh clutch though... i know i got teh pedal assembly and a slave and master.... i think even a flywheel. but youd have to get your own clutch assembly. best you do anyways. start fresh and new.

for the car to be legal i need insurance under my name. No insurane company in their right mind would insure a 22/m with a standard sports car who's one handed. thats just not gonna happen.

is that a thumbs up....(not trying to be an ***)i dont want to put you down just wondering what im looking at. auto tranny shouldn't be to hard to find. maybe go look in a yard for a maxima or 280zx or some sort.

 

that makes sense. I wouldn't bother with a manual transmission in that case either. Way too difficult to drive safely.

Registration's not a problem, but insurance is. And also it's from a safety standpoint too.
