Anyone got a factory service manual form 1987 just collecting dust? I need one so I can get started on my ecu and maf swap.

For the L28ET to Z31T ecu swap? You don't need the entire manual just to do that!

I put together some info to make the swap simple. See the thread: https://www.zdriver.com/forums/showt...t=21185&page=2

Download the 280zxt ecu to Z31T ecu swap. ZIP password is turbo. It includes the 280zxt & Z31T ecu wiring diagrams, plus an Excel spreadsheet of all the ecu pins & what they do.

There are also several threads on ZDriver & Hybridz talking about the swap.

Its for the Z31T ecu swap. I guess I just like having a factory resource...I'm too used to using one on the job. Thanks for the other links as well. The ecu and maf swap are just the tip of the iceberg of all that I need to do yet.

Are you getting a piggyback to control those?

nope, just going to trick the MAF by installing it in a larger pipe that is the same percent bigger that the injectors are over stock and use the adjustable fuel pressure regulator I've got for now.

Good luck w/ that.... it's going to hella overload w/ fuel. The stock z31 ecu & maf can't handle those huge injectors. You need a SAFC or piggyback.

Nah, i'm not wasting money on one of those until i've used up all the stock potential. Besides I've raced with a guy in Colorado that did it. If I wanted I could just have the ecu reprogrammed like what Jim Wolfe does and save myself from putting the MAF body in a larger pipe.
